Upload Photos to the Trophy Room

Create A New Flickr Account

  1. If you don't already have a Yahoo! ID/Flickr account, please create a FREE account at: http://www.flickr.com. If you already have a Yahoo! ID/Flickr account, skip to Step 2. NOTE: If you currently have a Flickr Pro (paid) account, it will also be compatible with the Trophy Room slideshow.

Join the Poppy Classic Group

  1. To join the Poppy Classic group, go to: http://www.flickr.com/groups_join.gne?id=386455@N22/
  2. Click the Join This Group button.

Upload Your Photos

  1. Now you're ready to upload your photos. Go to the You tab and select the drop down arrow.
  2. Select Upload Photos from the drop down.
    1. Work through Flickr's upload photos steps:
      1. CHOOSE PHOTOS
        1. Select your photos you wish to upload from your computer
        2. Click Open button.
      1. UPLOAD PHOTOS
        1. Set Privacy for all photos as Public, then click Upload button.
      1. ADD TAGS
        1. Tag your photos with the year of when each photo was taken. You can either do this as a batch operation or individually (by entering the year in each Tag: text box.)

Add Your Photos to the Poppy Classic Group

  1. Once you have your photos uploaded and tagged, you'll need to add your photos to the Poppy Classic group you just joined in (Step) 3.
  2. Under the Organize tab, click on All your photos. This will bring up the Batch Organize application.
  3. Click on the Groups tab. NOTE: At this point, the Poppy Classic group should appear if you joined the group properly.
  4. Drag any of your photos from the bottom of the page that you would like to add to the group and drop them on the Poppy Classic group above. You have just added your photos to the group!
  5. Now you can go back to www.poppyclassic.com and click on the Trophy Link at left and your pictures should now appear on the Poppy Classic Trohphy Room web page.

Please note: Photos you upload to Flickr may take up to 24 hours to appear on www.PoppyClassic.com
